ad digital provides website design, development, consulting, and related digital services, primarily using WordPress and selected modern tools.

All services are provided on a project or retainer basis, as agreed in writing (email, proposal, or contract) before work begins.


2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback
  • Respond within reasonable timeframes
  • Supply required materials (such as text, images, branding assets, or access credentials)
  • Confirm approvals at agreed project milestones

Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may affect timelines and delivery dates.


3. Project Scope & Changes

Each project is delivered according to an agreed scope.

  • Requests outside the original scope may require additional time and fees
  • Any scope changes will be discussed and confirmed before implementation
  • Minor revisions are included as specified in the project proposal

4. Payments

  • Fees, payment schedules, and terms are defined per project or service agreement
  • Work begins only after the agreed initial payment is received
  • Late payments may result in paused work

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the final delivered website or materials for their intended business purposes.
  • ad digital retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials.
  • Third-party assets (such as themes, plugins, fonts, or images) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Projects may include trusted third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, analytics tools, booking systems, etc.

ad digital is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions
  • License or pricing changes
  • Policy updates
  • Security issues caused by third-party platforms

7. Maintenance & Support

Maintenance services, if provided, are limited to the terms defined in the maintenance agreement.

Unless a maintenance plan is agreed in writing:

  • Ongoing updates, backups, and security are the client’s responsibility
  • Support requests outside the agreed scope may be billed separately

8. Limitation of Liability

ad digital is not liable for:

  • Business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages
  • Issues caused by hosting providers, plugins, or external services
  • Website downtime beyond our control

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.


9. Confidentiality

All client information shared during a project is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required to deliver the service or by law.


10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

  • Completed work up to the termination date remains billable
  • Any unpaid invoices must be settled
  • No refunds are provided for completed or in-progress work

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, as applied to the service provider.
