Case Study: Reand Law Group
Professional website for a boutique real estate law firm
Overview
Reand Law Group is a small but reputable real estate law practice that needed a modern, trustworthy, and easy-to-manage website to communicate professionalism and attract new clients.
The goal was to redesign their online presence into a sleek, accessible, and high-converting website that reflects the firm’s authority — while keeping the interface calm, minimalist, and easy to navigate.

Objectives
- Build a professional-looking website that instantly conveys credibility and experience.
- Highlight the firm’s key services and areas of expertise through well-structured content.
- Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and clarity across all devices.
- Create a system that the firm could easily update internally (new attorneys, new articles, or service pages).
My Role
I handled end-to-end design and development, including:
- Customizing the GeneratePress “Bookkeeping” starter theme to fit a legal aesthetic.
- Creating a custom post type “Services” with ACF for better content management.
- Crafting the visual hierarchy and layout through custom CSS, ensuring clean typography, refined spacing, and calm contrast.
- Designing the navigation flow and footer structure for clarity and simplicity.

Design Approach
The site design balances confidence and calm — fitting for a legal practice.
Colors were chosen to communicate stability and sophistication: shades of charcoal gray, off-white, and muted gold accents.
Typography was carefully tuned for readability and trustworthiness. The structure supports the user’s flow — from homepage introduction, through detailed service descriptions, to contact.

Implementation
- Framework: GeneratePress + GenerateBlocks for flexible and lightweight layout building.
- Custom CSS: Enhanced the starter template with spacing refinements, transitions, and visual polish.
- ACF Custom Post Type (Services): Structured the practice areas so that new services could be added quickly, without touching code.
- Dynamic Menu + Footer Layout: Integrated the firm’s core pages with logical hierarchy for both user and SEO benefit.
